One-off implementation with a fixed scope
You know up front what getting started costs. Professional includes one standard ERP connector, one company, an initial data import and two training sessions. Extra data migration and custom work are out of scope.

Pricing questions
What if I have more users than my plan includes?
Each extra user is a fixed monthly amount, and that amount is lower the larger your plan. You don't have to move up a plan straight away.
Why a fixed platform price and not just per user?
Because the value is in the link to your ERP and the process behind it, not in the number of logins. Included users keep your monthly bill predictable.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When your team grows or you add sales teams, you move to a larger plan.
Are there per-order fees?
No. There are no transaction fees, however many orders your team processes.
